• Produce a research based report outlining pertinent details of merit regarding the implementation of a Sound Acoustical Barrier.
• Make an educated preliminary recommendation to NorthWestern Energy regarding whether or not to proceed with further development.
• Perform necessary field tests, calculations, and/or simulations to complement research for requirements 1 and 2.
