PLC VFD     Wireless Controller The TG-TX-MXL12 Tiger G2 hand held radio remote control will meet all of the requirements.  This controller has twelve buttons and a safety stop push button.  The twelve buttons will provide us with the appropriate amount of signals needed to be sent by the operator to perform the required automated functions programmed in the PLC.   Screenshot of RSLogix  Software User Interface The screenshot pictured above represents the program used to demonstrate the functionality of controlling our motors connected to the moto rstarters. The RSLogix uses the ladder diagram method for programming the PLC.
