Level One Requirements
- Timer
- Reset
- Reset to 0 for count up
- Set time for countdown

- Sound buzzer when countdown reaches 0

- Run through a full race (timer goal is 6 hours)

The current design has the following features.
- Arm processor on an STM32f0 discovery microcontroller
- Utilizes the original remote that came with the clock
- Features Rechargeable NiMH batteries
- Is water resistant for use at outdoor races
- Has a battery life of at least 6 hours
- Costs under $500
The Operations the clock will be able to do are:
- Count Up
- Count Down with Buzzer
- Set time
- Reset
- Stop/Pause
- Blank Clock faces
Features that may be added as time permits:
- Lap/Split time
- Horn (buzzer separate from count down)
- Time of Day
- Hidden test mode
- Hidden firmware version display
- Smart phone app for control
