For a successful project, our sponsor has specified the following level one requirements that must be met.

  1. Measurement of materials using a Vector Network Analyzer and an LCR Meter;
  2. Extraction of the dielectric constant and the loss tangent from the measurements and simulations;
  3. Modify the cavity design to couple energy at higher order modes;
  4. Develop automation application that controls the environmental chamber and acquires data from the Vector Network Analyzer and LCR Meter;
  5. Model the cavity in COMSOL
