Engineering Constraints

Any engineering design process must design around certain constraints that are placed upon the project. The typical engineering constraints sections are: economic, environmental, sustainability, manufacturability, ethical, health and safety, social, and political.  While the ECEbot power upgrade project did not specifically work with constraints in each of these sections, we compiled an Engineering Constraints paper that details how we defined each catagory and how we took it into account in our design, if applicable.  The full paper, in Microsoft Word format, can be found by clicking here.
